Common problems that can be helped by our physiotherapist include:
Spinal Problems – including stiff, painful joints, prolapsed discs, degeneration, sciatica, lumbago, stiff/painful neck, whiplash, joint dysfunction with referred arm and leg pain.
Joint Problems – Arthritis, inflamed cartilage, ligament injuries, pain/swelling/stiffness in joints such as; shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles and feet.
Injuries – to muscles, ligaments, cartilage and tendons and to work related conditions, such as, Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI), tennis / golfer’s elbow.
Sports Injuries - All sports-related injuries including strains, sprains and tears and bruising to muscles and soft tissue.
Muscle Imbalance – Including poor posture and muscular and core stability re-education
After Surgery – Rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery, including hip and knee replacements, Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) reconstruction, arthroscopies or general physiotherapy after surgery.
